**Your mission**:
Odds Scanner generates high-performance conversion funnels and is looking for a Lead for its marketing department. This professional will be responsible for planning and supervising conversion and performance strategies based on digital products, coordinating market analysis, behavioral research and 100% digital brand planning based on a growth hacking approach. The professional will report to the head of the area and help structure an operational team.

**Responsibilities**:
The Digital and Growth Marketing Lead is the person responsible for receiving briefings from different brands and turning them into strategic plans for digital operations. It is therefore essential that they understand the online user journey, manage websites and info-products, analyse audiences and build different initiatives to attract, convert and retain customers.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in advertising or related field;- Specialization in digital marketing or growth hacking;- At least 15 years of experience in marketing positions (retail, digital retail or media companies);- At least 10 years of experience in media companies;- At least 10 years of experience in management and leadership positions;- At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing;- Items that could make a difference: knowledge and/or previous experience in the sports, betting, media operations management, digital operations management or performance marketing markets.
