**Global Banking Operations group searches for a Cash Management Operations Analyst**

This position will support Global Banking and Markets Operations team by processing transactions of Cash Management products, supporting the Global Transaction Services business. This includes guaranteeing accurate and timely processing, allocation, confirmation of business transactions and support across business and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform end-to-end Boleto Collection operational activities, including: CIP registration, clearing settlement files, monitoring the process flow for completeness and accuracy of transactions, along with Notaries, Bill Collectors and protest/halt routines;
- Support Cards Receivables activities for Domicile and Settlement bank processes (Arranjo de pagamentos);
- Ability to perform product setup into local and global systems;
- Execution of processes related to payment clearing operations (CIP, Compe and STR);
- Process and monitor regular payments, including utility and tax collections;
- Interact with internal Teams; identify and direct non-local cash problems to appropriate party for resolution;
- Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions;

**Core skills and requirements**:

- Previous experience in Financial segment preferably with Operational Process;
- Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent degree;
- Ability to work in group and under pressure;
- Accurate timing skills with deadlines and cut-off times;
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence by anticipating needs, mitigating risks and minimizing potential problems;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Advanced to Fluent English;
- Experience on local Cash account opening process is a plus (Former Bacen 2.025);
- Knowledgeable in MS-Office tools package.
