- Plastics: With new technology trends, our plastic additives can be experienced in many everyday items including vinyl, blow-molding bottles, film, rigid containers, PVC plastics, siding, decks and rails, foam pipes and profile formulations, window frames and high-efficiency lubricants.
- Industrial intermediates: As the product of a reaction that is beneficial when used as a precursor chemical for another product, industrial intermediates can take on many shapes and forms. Ours are used in home comfort and appliance, building and construction, adhesives and lubricants, and more.

Dow has a great opportunity as Digital Solutions Specialist / Developer based in São Paulo (BRA). In this role, you will work in support of business units to solve challenges by designing, building, and deploying innovative Digital Solutions.

In Latin America, the Digital Solutions team manages a pipeline of projects that aim to deliver automation, simplification, and digitalization, using an agile mindset. Acting as a DS Specialist, you will actively participate in all project phases - since the early identification of the need/challenge, followed by prioritization, concept, development, until the complete delivery of the solution - leveraging mobile, web, desktop, cloud technologies and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be one of the Regional Focal Points for Digital Solutions in support of Commercial organizations
- Participate in the development of digital solutions since ideation until delivery
- Provide expertise in defining the best solution options for any given opportunity
- Understand data sources & integrations and develop/implement necessary dataflows
- Support solutions implementation and user adoption
- Manage projects, complying with governance and documentation standards
- Identify new ideas and opportunities for Digital Solutions projects
- Connect with other Digital Marketplace Centers for knowledge sharing, leverage of existing solutions and best practices

Qualification
- A Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology is preferred)
- Languages: Advanced in English & Fluent in Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).

Your Skills, knowledge and abilities include:
Required
- General knowledge of Information Technology work process, methodologies, and tools.
- Knowledge in front-end and/or back-end development.
- Excellent team and stakeholder collaboration skills with a pro-active attitude

Desired
- Experience with Code and Frameworks, such as C#, Phyton, SQL, Functions, Power Platform.
- Experience with Common Azure Cloud Services: Azure App Services, Active Directory, AppInsights, SQL, Functions, Containers, Data Factory.
