**Job description**
- Manage the financial activities;
- Monitor the financial processes through performance indicators;
- Maintain control over costs and payments made, through reports;
- To observe the full execution of the procedures, as to the safekeeping of the documents inherent to the financial area;
- To give support to the Commercial Department in the commercial closings and agreements, when requested;
- Ensure the follow-up of the financial results of the company's product lines via projection and calculation of indicators such as: revenue, EBIT, cost per hour, inventory, among other indexes;
- Ensure the correct calculation of costs and GM of the projects providing the necessary information for decision making;
- Ensure the control of the realized and committed costs of the projects, as well as their deviations from the initial budget, aiming at keeping the involved areas informed;
- Ensure the monthly projection of revenue forecasts, costs, and main accounts of the company's balance sheet, comparing forecasts with actuals;
- To ensure an adequate level of control of the portfolio projects in order to avoid discrepancies between the budgeted and realized values;
- Ensure the supply of updated information on cash flow, invoicing, advances, and royalties of the contracts in progress;
- To ensure the identification and implementation of changes in the economic-financial context (changes in legislation, tax changes) in the projects, evaluating the impacts;
- Ensuring the correct monitoring and provisioning of contractual penalties with customers;
- Ensuring the correct calculation and monitoring of local content in the projects;
- Ensuring the correct calculation and monitoring of contract readjustments and their effects on contract revenues;
- Ensuring the issuance of collection events to the customer, their proper offset of amounts already received and control of balances receivable;
- Ensuring, together with the Project Manager, an active management of risks and opportunities in the projects;
- To ensure the correct implementation of the exchange protection policy (Hedge) in the company's contracts, as well as its adequate accounting following the American accounting standards;
- To ensure compliance with internal and external auditing in the project environment;
- To ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements in the project environment and to assist in their maintenance in the operations environment;
- Ensure and validate the generation of financial reports and dashboards for monthly performance review with Head Office;
- Ensure the accuracy and availability of financial information related to the Projects (GM, Hourly Rates, Readjustment Formulas, Fines, etc.);
- Ensure that projects are accounted for according to the current national tax policy and simultaneously aligned with US-GAAP requirements;
- Understand and evaluate the impact of contract Terms and Conditions in relation to the company's financial results;
- Ensure and provide training of employees from other areas of the organization with respect to project finance;
- Contribute to the monitoring of the quality/updating of the financial information of the projects in the system;
- Maintain the interface with other Technipfmc units to deal with issues related to intercompany project/product sales;
- Contribute with the accounting area with the objective of reporting the result to the corporation with quality and in the determined period;
- Contribute with the Commercial area, providing information related to the projects in progress/finished;
- Identification and action against conflicts between the interfaces of the project, discussing priorities, technical questions, matters about manufacturing, budgetary situation of the enterprise, technical specifications, deadlines and other aspects involved, as well as, guiding with respect to the obligations of the parties before the PMT, aiming to assure the
