As a Partner Development Manager for Workvivo, you'll identify, empower, and foster channel partnerships in the region. **Responsibilities**
- Developing a channel partner regional strategy that includes managing focus partners, recruiting new partners and growing indirect sales revenue in the LATAM region
- Identifying and recruiting new channel partners to expand market share
- Creating and driving business plans with strategic partners to identify rewarding sales activities and business opportunities
- Tracking sales pipeline and bookings against quota and other metrics

**What we’re looking for**
- Possess 7+ years of experience in SaaS Channel Sales, partnerships or a related role, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and proven success in driving sales strategies.
- Have the ability to build relationships with and strongly influence C-Level decision makers at partner companies
- Be able to create and deliver compelling presentations, joint business plans and partnership pitches
- Possess clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity applied through technology
- Be able to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and dynamic environment
- Have a lively, collaborative and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to perform and get things done.
