Strategic Organizational Development Partner • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement a streamlined organizational framework, ensuring alignment of objectives within the management team. • Leverage talent review, development, and co-creation facilitation techniques to focus on recruiting, training, developing, and advancing key personnel. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Work closely with senior leaders to identify and address skill gaps within the team. Design and implement targeted training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of key personnel. Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication across departments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a business partnering role.
