Talent Development: Utilize talent review, development, and co-creation facilitation methods to focus on the recruitment, training, development, and advancement of key talents. Culture Implementation: Drive the implementation and promotion of corporate culture and values within the department. Strategic Partnership: Gain deep understanding of the business strategy of the international team, participate in strategy formulation, and develop tailored HR plans to achieve both short- and long-term business objectives. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of HR experience; experience supporting international teams is preferred. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate efficiently with international teams and partners. Strong logical thinking and learning ability, solid HR fundamentals, self-driven, curious, and able to work under pressure.
