**Who are Cintra?****What are we looking for?**We are looking for an expert Business Development Specialist, based in Brazil to thrive in a sales role. You will bring both a passion for technology and sales experience to become a fundamental part of Cintra achieving their growth objectives.Reporting to the Business Development and Licensing Director, you will be comfortable with making dozens of calls per day, working with Customers directly and/or Channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.**What will you be doing?**- Prospecting new customers in the LATAM region and any other territory as required by the business- Build and nurture networks within AWS to uncover new opportunities and customers- Follow up on inbound leads, sales campaigns, webinars and other field marketing activities to uncover sales opportunities- Driving opportunities through the pipeline and supporting the close of these opportunities- Source sales opportunities through your own outreach, identify key players and generate interest- Arrange and attend customer meetings- Work to understand customer needs and requirements- Achieve assigned quota- Work with existing customers to grow key accounts, uncover opportunities and expand our reach- Work closely with Global Account Managers and our Service Delivery Managers**What About You?**You need to be a natural networker who builds relationships easily.- Proven Inside Sales or Business Development experience- Track record of quota achievement- Experience of Services or Consulting Sales- Confident communicating up to C-level and with 3rd party teams- Experience of using HubSpot or other CRM would be great- Fluency in English and Portuguese- Fluency in Spanish would be a plus, but not essentialTeamCintra**Cintra Software & Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
