Job Title: Sales Business Development Specialist About the Role: The primary focus is to develop new business opportunities in Brazil, encompassing the full sales cycle and building long-term client relationships. Identify and pursue new business prospects with mid- to large-sized enterprises in Brazil. Nurture and leverage professional networks to secure meetings with decision-makers (C-level, Directors, IT & HR leaders). Present and position services effectively using sales materials and pitch decks. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new business leads. Build and maintain professional networks. Present services and pitches. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, outsourcing/body shop, or recruitment/BPO services. Experience in recognized staffing firms is a plus. A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
