**About the Job**
With a growing freelance network of Test Leads and client base Testlio is seeking to add a **Testing Quality Specialist** to our Network Team. As a Testing Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for the development of certifications for new and existing freelancers who join our client projects.
**What you'll be doing**
- Grading the qualification homework for certifications that check for our Test Leads skills in four areas (Test Writing, Results Analysis, Tester Support, Test Run Setup).
- Conducting the exam interviews for certifications and providing follow-up feedback.
- Improving existing certifications processes.
- Helping to develop Test Leading-specific content for network testing members.
- Giving input to continuously develop and improve the work quality of the freelancers' network.
- Supporting to monitor the quality of the Test Lead network.
- Working with the Network team for creating new freelance experiences.
- Raising project and team-related risks, problems, and questions to the relevant stakeholders and taking the initiative to solve them.

**What you need to succeed**
- You are passionate about software testing.
- You have good knowledge of software testing methodologies and procedures.
- You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with different types of testing and test planning (regression, exploratory, localization, analytics, usability, accessibility).
- You have excellent writing and very good verbal communication skills in English.
- You are a fast learner, continuously improving your knowledge in the testing and software development domain.
- You are a great team player, socially open-minded, empathetic, and considerate of cultural differences.

**Nice to haves**:

- You have experience with networked or crowdsourced testing
- You have experience with teaching or training
