The role of a Quality Assurance Specialist involves supporting both internal and external sales teams by relieving them of administrative or related tasks. Utilizing intermediate to advanced knowledge of products and services offered, the specialist supports customers and sales teams. Key objectives include: To increase the effectiveness of the sales process, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met across all operations in Brazil. Monitoring, evaluation, and training are implemented to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Audit and evaluate sales calls and communications to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Develop quality improvement strategies based on audit findings, focusing on enhancing the customer experience. Provide constructive feedback and customized training sessions to the sales team based on identified gaps. Collaborate with sales managers to refine sales processes and implement best practice guidelines. Compile detailed reports on quality assurance metrics for review by senior management. Requirements: More than 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role in a sales-oriented environment. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum level B2 - fluent). Advanced skills in CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement. Based in São Paulo - SP with easy access to the Concentrix EZ Tower unit.
