Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families. **About the role** We are looking for a Freight Support Assistant to help the Billor cargo team. This is an administrative role that plays a key part in organizing and supporting the team’s activities, ensuring the workflow runs efficiently and aligns with Billor’s objectives. **Responsibilities** - Make and answer calls for follow-ups with brokers and drivers, assisting in aligning information and resolving cargo-related issues. - Assist in the weekly closure of reports and results, consolidating information for driver payments. - Help organize and distribute client and cargo portfolios among Account Managers/Dispatchers. - Support administrative tasks related to planning and coordinating loads. - Ensure smooth communication between teams and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes. **Qualifications** - Previous experience in administrative roles, customer service, or support. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. - Proactivity, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. - Fluent English. **Extra qualifications** - Fluent Spanish **Extra details** - Dynamic and collaborative work environment. - Growth opportunity in an innovative and expanding company. - On-site in Saguaçu, Joinville/SC - Health and dental plan - Paid vacation - Holidays off - Annual bonus based on both company and individual performance - Eligibility to the LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan) If you are an organized, communicative person who enjoys working in a team, send us your resume and join our mission to transform cargo transportation in the United State **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: R$3,500.00 - R$5,000.00 per month **Language**: - English (required) - Spanish (preferred) **Location**: - Joinville - SC 89221 (required)
