Vendor Business Manager Lac

**Overview**:
This position is responsible for the developing and growing a set of Vendors (suppliers) at LATAM level by understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals while maintaining strong customer relationships The position is accountable for the engagement of Vendors, TD SYNNEX sales, technical and marketing teams to identify and select strategic value opportunities to increase sales.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required**:
- Work with executive leadership to determine prioritization and required assets for go-to-market opportunities.
- In cooperation with TD SYNNEX leadership, engage with supplier executives to identify and champion cooperative go-to-market opportunities leveraging TD SYNNEX specific value propositions.
- Engage with TD SYNNEX internal teams to coordinate program development to launch new value offerings.
- Evaluate by country the opportunity to leverage preferred solution on a multi region.
- Determine and track ROI on multi regional programs, included increased revenue, CGP, and front end $
- Proactively develop innovative ways of uncovering new business

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
- 10 to 15 Years of relevant work experience.
- 3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with Business or Marketing field of study required.
**Working Conditions**:
- Classroom environment.
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- Consistent non-standard work or overtime as business requires.
- On-call availability required as necessary.
- Professional, office environment.
- Frequent Travel Required (50%).
