Our client is a rapidly scaling OnlyFans agency managing multiple high-performing creators. They developed a comprehensive 8-method Reddit marketing system that generates consistent, high-LTV traffic. They need a strategic operations manager to own, implement, and scale this entire operation.

**The Opportunity**:
**Position**: Senior Reddit Operations Manager
**Type**: Full-time, Remote
**Compensation**: $1500 base + 5% performance bonus on incremental revenue
**Team Size**: You'll build and manage 4-5 specialists

This isn't a typical VA management role. You're taking ownership of a proven $50K+/month revenue channel and scaling it to $150K+/month within 6 months.

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**:

- Own P&L for entire Reddit operation
- Analyze performance across 8 traffic methods and optimize resource allocation
- Build scalable systems and workflows that work without your daily involvement
- Make data-driven decisions on method prioritization and budget allocation

**Team Development**:

- Hire, train, and manage 4-5 specialized VAs using our proven systems
- Implement performance tracking and quality control systems
- Create efficient workflows that maximize team productivity
- Handle all team communication, scheduling, and performance management

**Operational Excellence**:

- Deploy our 8 Reddit traffic methods: Organic, Spam, Suicide, Stories, Hookup, Reviews, Top Section, Social Growth
- Manage complex tech stack: Anti-detect browsers, mobile proxies, spoofing tools, automation systems
- Maintain account health across 50+ Reddit accounts while maximizing traffic
- Continuously test and optimize conversion funnels

**What Makes You Successful**:
**Required Experience**:

- 2+ years managing digital marketing operations
- Proven track record scaling social media teams and processes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize based on data
- Experience with automation tools and complex workflows

**Technical Requirements**:

- Advanced English communication

**Compensation & Growth**:
**Base Salary**: $1,500/month
**Performance Bonus**: 5% of incremental monthly revenue growth
**Potential Earnings**: $2,000-5,000/month within 6 months based on performance

**Example**: If you grow Reddit revenue from $50K to $100K monthly, your bonus = $2,500/month
