**Role Summary**
This role is responsible for the coordination, confirmation, and continuous improvement of supplier bookings within designated areas. The position ensures quality standards, supports operational excellence, and prepares for future scalability.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Booking Management
- Update bookings based on supplier requirements (e.g., time/date changes, cancellations).
- Confirm last-minute booking requests as needed.
- Finalize numbers for included bookings and online bookings
- Confirm new dates for existing components; escalate to other Contracting Managers if the primary supplier is unavailable.

2. Supplier Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for supplier communications within assigned areas.
- Address and resolve supplier issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

3. Quality Control & Client Feedback
- Monitor and review client feedback to ensure adherence to minimum quality standards.
- Take corrective action in coordination with suppliers and internal teams when standards are not met.

4. Documentation & System Updates
- Update internal systems (LOs, and eventually Lemax) with supplier details, rates, and contractual terms.
- Ensure data consistency and documentation for internal use and audit compliance.
- To prepare this role for organizational growth:

- Automation: Advocate for the automation of booking updates and confirmations through systems like Lemax.
- Delegation: Support delegation of optional bookings to Tour Leaders to streamline responsibilities.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Contracting Managers across

regions to balance workloads and ensure coverage during high demand.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively propose process optimizations based on supplier feedback and booking trends.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Travel Operations Experience
- High level Geographical Knowledge
- Well versed in English
- Additional language besides English would be advantageous
