As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy focused on improving retailer retention and satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on cross-sell techniques and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

**Your day-to-day will be**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive user retention strategy that aligns with our business goals and targets.
- Develop and implement CRO techniques to optimize the conversion funnel and improve retention rates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, design, and data team to optimize user retention and improve conversion rates.
- Define and track key metrics to measure the success of user retention efforts and regularly report progress to senior leadership.
- Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for increasing engagement and improving retention rates.
- Conduct user research and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the retailer experience.
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize and implement user retention-related features and enhancements.
- Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and course-correct as needed. Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product strategy.

**What we're looking for**:

- Strong analytical skills and business sense, specially working analytically to better decision-making
- Good experience in B2B markets is a huge plus;
- Experience with CRO techniques and methodologies. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and with the ability to effectively communicate in english.
- Experience with A/B testing, user research, and UX design principles.
