**About the role**:
Technical Implementation and consultancy role: Ability to architect & implement Microsoft UC solutions. Deliver technical consultancy role in transformation, new roll out of Microsoft Teams UC solutions & Audiocodes for global customer, as well as Azure integration.

Specialization in consulting and advisory: expert recommendation for third-party integration with Microsoft UC, Azure, and process automation (power automate).

Key topic:

- Tier-4 support for complex issues and highly escalated incidents.
- Assessment and audit of existing customer UC / telephony infrastructure.
- Closely working with engineering team to finalize technical solution in the context of a specific project with extents to Orange product and managed services enhancements.
- Stay abreast of technical, financial, strategic and operational issues, options and advancements within the UCC industry relevant to the Orange services portfolio.
- Adviser for Design, Build and Operational UCC related Incidents.
- Contribute to technical proposal in pre-sales phase (LOE, Proof of Concept and Feasibility)
- Azure cloud integration and design.

**Responsibilities**
- Ownership or support on creation of deliverables (Low Level Design, Acceptance Test Plan, Migration scenario)
- Provide POA for complex Changes, Major Planned/unplanned activities.
- Ownership or support on creation of projects consulting blueprints and boilerplates
- Provide extended knowledge and support on SIP, O365, Exchange, SharePoint, AD, Cloud, Virtualization, IP Networking.
- Excellent hands-on experience of data gathering of client legacy infrastructure, preparing design slide pack, sharing high level presentation with stakeholders, highlight challenges to respective team and follow up till closure.
- Liaise directly with customer to obtain all relevant technical information for successful design, order validation & project delivery
- Position and/or deliver billable consulting work to a partner or end-customer, especially when it facilitates the progression towards, or closure of, a deeper partner relationship or a significant end-customer contract.
- Acting as pre-sales consultant for some of the organic growth activities as needed.

**About you**:
**Technical skills (partial compliance accepted)**:

- Strong knowledge of Network, IT Services, Mobility, Voice, cloud and integration solutions and technologies.
- Additionally essential knowledge of IP telephony, Voice Mails, Unified Communication, data networking, PSTN protocols, SIP, VOIP protocols, TCP/IP and Windows OS.
- Hands on experience (build and manage) on Microsoft UCC (On-premises, Hybrid and Online)
- Microsoft TEAMS, Skype for business and O365 with enterprise voice feature.
- Exchange UM administration - Dial plan creation, Auto Attendant configuration, UM-enabling
- TEAMS administration (licensing, calling plans, creating custom dial plans, creating and assigning various global and user level policies, building call flows, Skype for Business and TEAMS interoperability modes, CQD, etc.)
- Knowledge of Audiocodes Cloud Bond 365, Audiocodes E-SBC, Audiocodes EMS/OVAC, Audiocodes Mediant Gateways and Analog Media Packs etc.
- Clear understanding of integration with Ribbon, Audiocodes & other IP PBX devices
- Call center configuration and administration (Clarity Connect, Anywhere 365).
- Experience with Microsoft Security and Compliance functionality within Office 365 a plus.
- Experience and certifications on AZURE minimum associate level

**Certifications**
- MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams (highly desired)
- MS-720: Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer
- Microsoft MCSA: O365, MSCE: Communications or MSCE: Productivity (highly desired)
- Azure functional consultant / Solution architect

**Soft Skills and Experience**
- **Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese **(French is a plus)
- Related work experience in customer facing organizations within the IT and Telecom industry (channels, local representations working directly with customer IT management)
- Demonstrated strong technical leadership and matrix team management capabilities in a multi-national environment.
- Effective customer senior management communication.
- Ability to handle complex situations (internal and customer facing).
- Expert level in the integration and implementation of at least one specific digital domain (to be listed according to requirements)
- Advanced level in one or more digital domain(s).
- Strong technical skills around telecommunications/IT solutions and services in general / university degree in Communications systems/or Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proven track record in driving and positioning security technical strategy to customers’ needs at senior IT/CxO level.
- Understand market trends, technical and business issues associated with the ICT industry.
- Excellent business and commercial understanding.
