**Main Responsibilities**:

- Present the Thales Product Portfolio for Banking, Payment and Services to key accounts and customers.
- Be responsible for account management including strategy formulation, customer relationship management, opportunity identification and deal closing.
- Implement a reliable forecast in order to ensure delivery.
- Be responsible for commercial operations such as pricing negotiation, contract signing and collection.
- Manage existing customers to develop partnerships within retail, banking and financial institutes for the region.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal resources to meet customer expectations.
- Report market needs, opportunities for solutions and services, competition activity and recommendations on product definition.
- Working on the follow up with product and solution deliveries.
- Increase market share, revenue and margin in-line with quarterly and yearly objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in sales or pre-sales in banking products and solutions.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of technical and innovative solutions, banking, IT and cyber security industries; contacts within the banking, retails and financial institutes; knowledge of sales methods, funnel management and sales control.
- Advanced in English.
- Strong communication and negotiation, analytical, results-oriented, a strong time manager, autonomous, honest and empathetic.
