**Your role at Vantive**

Vantive is seeking a dynamic **Manager of Communications for Greater Latin America South Cluster (GLAS)** based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This role will be responsible for leading commercial communications—both internal and external—while supporting the Greater Latin America South Cluster (GLAS) commercial leadership team. The position is critical in driving Vantive’s business growth in the region by developing and executing communication strategies that align with our corporate priorities and regional objectives.

**What you'll be doing**

Internal Communications:

- Develop and implement an internal communications strategy that fosters alignment with business objectives, and cultural cohesion across Greater Latin America South Cluster (GLAS) commercial organization
- Support the Greater Latin America South Cluster (GLAS) commercial leadership team in crafting and delivering key messages to internal stakeholders.
- Create compelling content on behalf of GLAS commercial leadership for internal channels, including newsletters, leadership messages, intranet updates, and town halls.
- Organize and facilitate regional commercial employee events, meetings, and initiatives to enhance collaboration and transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Public Affairs, and Human Resources, to ensure communication strategies align with business goal.

External Communications:

- Develop and execute external communication strategies that strengthen Vantive’s reputation and positioning in Greater Latin America South Cluster (GLAS).
- Oversee media relations, crafting press releases, and managing relationships with key journalists and industry influencers.
- Support thought leadership initiatives for commercial leaders, including speaking engagements, media interviews, and digital content.
- Manage external communication efforts related to key business initiatives, product launches, and partnerships.
- Ensure brand consistency across all external communication materials in alignment with global corporate standards.
- Partner with the Greater Latin America South Cluster (GLAS) commercial leadership team to develop messaging that supports business objectives and customer engagement.
- Provide crisis communication support and media training for key executives and spokespersons in the region.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and public sentiment to inform communication strategies.

**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably within the healthcare, medical technology, or life sciences industries.
- Strong experience in internal and external communications, including employee engagement, media relations, and executive communication.
- Demonstrated ability to work with commercial teams and support business objectives through strategic communication.
- Experience managing media relations and working with regional and international press.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills in both Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Understanding of the healthcare and medical device landscape in Latin America is preferred.
