Also, to exceed in this role, this person will also be responsible for the internal communications annual editorial and events calendar and will work collaboratively with members of the People and Culture team.

**Your Impact**:

- Partner with the Internal Communications Senior Manager to define and implement a global internal communications strategy at Rock Content, consolidating internal channels, events, and rituals, processes, guidelines, narratives, internal programs, and campaigns, besides performance indicators
- Deliver internal communications events, such as All-Hands, Year-End, and annual Kickoff, being responsible for leading the internal communications annual editorial and events calendar, in partnership with the Senior Manager, the Marketing, Employer Branding, DEI, and Social Impact teams, besides other People and Culture teams and areas of the Company.
- Support Rock Content's teams deliver daily and real-time communications, by creating internal communications plans, toolkits, and campaigns and by producing and distributing communications via internal channels, with the help of freelancers and contractors.
- Partner with the Internal Communications Senior Manager in having a consultative approach in the Company in order to have an overarching view of how the Company communicates and to create scalable and effective strategies.

**What we're looking for**:

- 4+ years experience working with internal communications;
- Saas and/or startup environment background will be a plus;
- Advanced English or Professional Fluency;
- Fluency in Portuguese and excellent writing skills in both languages
- Experience in events planning, executing, and managing, especially in a remote environment
- A data-driven approach and flexible and agile mindset, to analyze needs and develop the internal communications initiatives, connecting those initiatives to the Company's goals and culture and to employees' needs.
