Team introduction

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and execute Americas regional communication strategy and plan
- Work with regional and global executives and cross-functional stakeholders to develop key messages on a proactive/reactive basis
- Oversee the regional/LATAM town halls, all hands, and monthly business updates
- Mentor, train and develop a world-class internal communications function within the region
- Manage crisis communications to employees around media coverage, organizational changes, and related communication needs
- Develop internal executive communications in the context of our company values and aligned to key business objectives
- Manage and establish project workflow, internal processes, and cross-team coordination
- 6+ years of experience in communications with significant prior experience successfully leading the internal communications function
- Fluency in Portuguese required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Organizes, clarifies and communicates complex ideas quickly, succinctly and accurately
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and also work collaboratively in a team
- Experience working in social media, entertainment Internet, and/or technology companies
- Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment is required
