The Communications Analyst's role is to develop and implement communications programs and messages - including marketing communications, web content and direct marketing - to educate and inform stakeholders, including customers, employees, business media and interest groups. You will ensure excellence in the execution of all communication measures in line with the brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines and global strategy.
**This position reports to**:
Head of Group Communications - Brazil
**Your responsibilities**:
- Support the company's business strategy in the country through the development and implementation of communication actions. Act as an internal communication consultant to support the different areas of the company.
- Ensuring adequate maintenance of content in the various communication channels in a way that reflects the organization's strategy in relation to different stakeholders.
- Analyze communication materials, regardless of their format, to identify points of attention.
- Monitor the communication channels (internal and external) and follow up on the publication of reports, comments and mentions of the company, analyzing the content of the messages and the eventual need for a response, rectification, or clarification, to preserve its image and reputation.
- Control the management of contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the quality of the services offered.
- Monitor the proper functioning and maintenance of communication tools and resources. Maintain regular interaction with the business areas and divisions to ensure homogeneity and governance in the production and dissemination of information.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, preferably in Journalism or Public Relations.
- 5 years of experience working in Internal and External Communication.
- Excellence in the production and review of texts.
- Experience in managing social media.
- Strategic vision of integrated communication.
- Advanced level of English.
