Internal Communications Manager, Google Cloud

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in internal and executive communications with technology products or services.
- Experience writing for and working directly with C-Suite and other executives (SVPs, CEOs, etc.).
- Experience working with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, or Go-to-Market teams.
- Ability to communicate in English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience working on large events and projects that require cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in project management, and experience building and executing new programs and managing them to scale.
- Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion, while acting as an effective team player who can lead efforts across disciplines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative strategies for communicating to employees, taking into account the needs of different audiences.
- Plan the frequency and channels of communication and coordinate stakeholders across different areas of the business and the company.
- Manage end-to-end internal communications and culture plans, tactics, and outcomes.
- Interact with and influence executives and provide advice that reflects an understanding of their business and leadership style.
