Support multiple projects, activities, events and priorities;
- Develop and consolidate plans, presentations and reports to senior management;
- Organize, control and manage team activities, processes, documents, and routines;
- Manage plan and execute virtual and in-person projects and events strategy;
- Connect business priorities, objectives and key messages for special projects;
- Negotiate and run external partners/vendors for multiple events;
- Work across functional teams to handle new initiatives/projects / business objectives;
- Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements and risks, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions;
- Manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced Excel skills;
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can-do attitude;
- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity;
- Excellent communication, partnership, collaboration, and project management skills;
- Experience with social responsibility projects (nice to have);
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently work on multiple project requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- Passion to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment;
- Advanced English.
