Deliver the contracted work packages on time, within the expected budget, enabling the business to achieve the result and meeting the customer expectations, managing risks, inter-dependencies throughout the life cycle of the project.

Function typically has responsibility for one or more project deliverables including the project's financial impact under those elements.

It should manage project stakeholders' expectations and short
- and long-term relationships to meet project needs.

Interface with suppliers to ensure compliance with deadlines.

Ability to deal with customers under a pressured project environment, managing scope, schedule, cost and quality.

Demonstrable experience and capability to manage complex and medium projects.

Developing ability to engage and inspire confidence in customers.

Keep tools system updated as the project progresses.

Has clear understanding of project management concepts and basic knowledge of other disciplines that are relevant in the project context.

Good communication skills in all organizational levels, to persuade and engage people in the project deliverables.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
BA/BS Degree

ITIL Foundation
