This latest acquisition expands the ability to improve marketing outcomes through better audience segmentation, and complements Verve Group’s robust location and behavioral audience segments that are now expanded globally. This also allows Verve Group’s advertisers to target audiences across web, mobile web, CTV, and mobile in-app based on interest, sentiment, keywords, brand relevance, demographics, and real-time moments.

Verve Group’s expansion into Brazil and other markets in Latin America (LATAM), such as Mexico and Colombia, signifies its commitment to serve local advertisers, brands, and agencies, backed by an experienced team on the ground with a strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem in the region. Verve Group is positioned particularly well to support local advertisers in Brazil not only across desktop and mobile, but also in emerging channels such as CTV and digital out-of-home (DOOH). Brands can leverage Verve Group’s access to over 150,000 DOOH screens globally to engage with consumers to deliver ads based on event triggers.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Core responsibilities are to both strategically and operationally grow our advertiser portfolio in Brazil. The brazilian market is your primary focus
- Acquire and negotiate deals with new advertisers through building commercial relationship with brand agencies and direct clients
- Educate brands and agencies about programmatic advertising technologies and solutions offered by Verve Group in Latin America and worldwide
- Build strong sales pipelines for all product lines such desktop, mobile, DOOH and CTV Branding, Performance for user Acquisition and retargeting
- Support event and trade fair preparations and participate in selected events to represent Verve Group locally
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth
- Work closely with internal teams: Account Managers, Ad Operations, Legal and Finance to guarantee excellence in the delivery
- Influence decisions through product and sales analysis
- Min. 4 years of professional experience in Media Sales, preferably in the Branding Ad Tech/Programmatic/Mobile Industry
- Understanding of digital/programmatic advertising landscape in Brasil, commercial practices and main players in the programmatic space
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
- Established network with direct clients and advertising agencies
- Bachelor degree in Marketing / Advertising / Business or similar
- Willingness and ability to take full ownership of potential customer needs/ requirements, from start to finish
- Exceptionally motivated, looking to strive in a dynamic fast-growing company in all continents
- Team player with the ability to work independently to build own sales strategies
- Extremely organized and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously
- Professionalism based on actionable metrics and strong work ethics
- Advanced English is mandatory
