We are searching the best talent for **IT Solutions Manager to be in Brazil** ( São José dos Campos or Sao Paulo ), Colombia ( Bogotá ), Argentina ( Buenos Aires ) or Mexico ( Mexico City).

**Purpose**: We are currently recruiting for an IT Solutions Manager - Supply Chain Leader for Project Implementation and Application Maintenance to be based in Brazil ( São José dos Campos or Sao Paulo ), Colombia ( Bogotá ), Argentina ( Buenos Aires ) or Mexico ( Mexico City).

**You will be responsible for**:

- Deliver support, enhancements and projects across Latin America focused mostly on Tax and eInvoice areas, ensuring that that the project under his/her leadership is delivered on time, on budget and meets compliance requirements.
- Analyze business needs, develop/propose solutions and estimate/quote projects
- Lead a team of Scrum Master and developers, onshore and offshore across multiple platforms, including resource planning and weekly follow up meetings with the teams. Mentor and coach the project team members to maximize their performance.
- Partner with IT Technology Services peers in other regions so that best practices and standardization are applied to LATAM platforms, lead and facilitating effective meetings across a global space
- Provide regular and detailed appropriate reports back to stakeholders and at all levels of management and staff about the status of the delivery.

**Qualifications**
Qualifications and requirements**:

- B.A. / B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or another related field
- Solid IT experience in a corporate environment supporting systems and solutions
- Significant experience in project management and related operations
- Able to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion
- Experience with Agile / Scrum is mandatory
- Experience in management of critical path, issues, risks and dependencies
- Previous people management experience (direct or indirect leadership)
- Experience working on global teams
- Experience in Tax and/or eInvoice related projects.
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Spanish intermediate.
