APS Resources International proposes HR Business Partnership for Industrial, IT, FinTech and Digital companies all over the world including complex HR business analytics as well as solutions for Talent Search & People Management to achieve the most challenging business goals. We work closely with companies all over the world and we strive to provide them with the best talent in the industry and to provide that with the best job offers.

Following significant growth in 2020-2021 we have extended our team and open positions for our next junior and mid-level Talent Acquisition Managers.

**The Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing interview process ;
- Market feedback research for selected finalists;
- Closing deals and negotiation offers;
- Participation in HR consulting projects.

**Requirements**:

- Higher Education;
- Experience in recruitment agencies desirable;
- Must have fluent English, knowledge of other languages welcome;
- Interest in people, love for the job and desire to grow and develop. One cannot demand this, but it is always welcome in a future colleague.

**Conditions**:

- Official hours, Mon-Fri 9 - 18/ 10 -19/ 11 - 20, can discuss more flexible arrangements;
- Possibility to work remotely;
- 28 calendar days of vacation annually;
- Constant education and development programs for employees;
- International business trips;
- Work on complex international projects in a highly professional team.

**Key Skills**

- Self-motivation and drive to be successful.

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- São Paulo, SP: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
