Our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is critical to our vision and to our impact, and helps us boost our perspective, creativity, and growth. **Your Role** - As Ops Project Manager you will directly oversee the full life cycle of cloud computing systems including delivery, installation and deployment by the Cloud Operations team. Manage all aspects of systems life cycle and operations. Work with logistics and cloud operations teams aboard and in Brazil. You will serve as coordinators between multiple contributors and as trackers of timelines and dependencies, including logistics, solutions architects, sales, cloud operations, 3rd party vendors and customers. **Your Day to Day**: - Program and project delivery of storage, network, and cloud computing architecture for IT service providers and MSP. - Project management skills to drive planning and execution events implementing business solutions. - Responsible for coordinating with customers delivery, installation, deployment, and onboard, kick-off meetings, status reports and communication plans. - Key team player for the Brazil team composed of cloud operations, solutions architects, finance team, logistics, sales team and third-party vendors to deliver the best customer experience. **What you bring**: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related technical field**.**: - 5+ years of experience of project management. - 5+ years of experience in IT environments, especially telecommunications. - Excellent conflict resolution, prioritization, follow up, and critical thinking abilities. **Must haves**: - Must be fluent in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written) - Must Live in Sao Paulo Zadara is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
