We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist in our Sao Paulo, Brazil office. This role will provide HR function for the different Enghouse businesses across Latin America, as well as other global entities if necessary. You will be part of a global team of experienced HR professionals providing HR support across the Enghouse Systems businesses. You will also provide support to the executive team, especially during quarter end to compile the necessary board reports for the organization.

**Role Requirements**
- Company representation for related HR matters, interactions with regulatory bodies i.e. reporting, audit, statistics to government.
- Monitor vacations time to coincide with Bamboo time off and submitting vacation to payroll team.
- Assist in the correct processing of the necessary documentation in hiring (onboarding), maintenance (vacation receipts, licenses) and dismissals (offboarding);
- Manage benefits administration to include employee enrollments and termination, claims resolution, change reporting to carriers and brokers, and timely communication of benefits information and eligibility to employees.
- Managing on-boarding invites, scheduling, orientations and bambooHRIS uploads.
- Maintain and monitor Bamboo HRIS system to ensure the relevant database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation. This covers all personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, employment information, leaves, electronic employee files etc.).
- Assist in managing legal and social declarations.
- Ensure adherence to GDPR requirements.
- Manage and support additional ad-hoc projects, like collection of employee feedback or survey and other duties as required or assigned.

**Skills Requirements**
- Fluent in English is mandatory and Portuguese. Spanish is a bonus.
- 2 - 4 years (minimum) of HR experience.
- Organized and able to prioritize workload around working hours and on business needs.
- Able to deal with confidential matters.
- People orientated with a dedication to providing great customer service.
