Local Unit & Position Description:
Global Shared Services Human Resources in DNV South America (Argentina, Brazil and Chile) is looking for a Temporary Junior HR Generalist to support the Operations and Advisory team. This role will be based in our Regional Office in Rio de Janeiro.

Tasks include:

- Respond to general HR enquiries from employees or the business areas
- Work on cases/requests by employees
- Maintain employee files and respond to requests for information
- Support hiring process
- Data management in HR system
- Support Recruitment
- Provide support on other HR-related activities as and when required
- Intranet updates
- Support to Global Mobility documentation
- Provide standard HR reports and statistics
- Support to D&I projects
- Other HR related tasks

Position Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related area
- 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
- Broad based knowledge of HR functional areas
- Previous experience in a shared services environment (preferred)
- Previous experience in a position with a mid to high level of interaction with globally centered departments and colleagues (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Attention to detail
- Exemplary ethics and dedication to professionalism and quality
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to handle confidential material and comply with privacy concerns and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Portuguese Native
- Spanish is desirable

Temporary of 10 months.
