**We are searching the best talent for an Information Technology Lead to be in São José dos Campos, SP.**

**Purpose**:This individual will support business priorities through translation of business needs and requirements into IT specifications and implementation of capabilities. This role will work as a member of agile teams, inclusive of the business product owner and other technical team members / vendors; understanding business needs, and when appropriate lead & implement technical delivery of solutions aligned as assigned.

**Major Duties**
- Manages strategic relationships with internal partners by representing and promoting IT capabilities and acts as a single point of contact for IT-related business interactions with those partners.
- Leads assignments, programs, and projects of moderate to high complexity, ensuring that project plans are defined and executed to achieve the business and technical objectives while following Software Development Lifecycle methodology, validation rules or compliance guidelines as needed.
- Deploys standards and procedures for IT in alignment with the global/regional IT organizations’ practices.
- Works with business owners to develop training plans and materials; assesses training requirements and recommends training, organizational change, communication, and execution plans.
- Partners with business in managing technology vendor relationships and contractual agreements.
- Capable of operating within a complex global organization to successfully achieve business goals.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Responsible for managing business partner concerns, and ensuring issues are handled in a timely manner.
- Partner with Business Product Owners to define solution vision & roadmap
- Co-lead the prioritization of the solution backlog with the business
- Lead business delivery expectations with the right prioritization of technical requirements to the platform backlog
- Support for maintenance, upgrade and enhance our existing systems
- Partner with business to explore problems worth solving
- Accountable for all aspects of delivery
- Understands core internal IT products and ability to drive business value
- Drives business partners towards standard solution
- Continuous improvement of the IT operating model
- Build business case for improvement initiatives (e.g., impact, feasibility, and investment required)
- Business requirements management
- Utilize effective business analyst techniques to translate what business may want to identification of what is needed via the good use of elicitation techniques.
- Able to conduct root cause analysis for key process challenges and map core processes and relevant sub-processes
- Works with the business to gain an understanding of the business problem and conditions
- Identifies products that will solve the business problem in partnership with broader JJT team
- Explain to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint and drive/improve User Experience
- Understand portfolio of IT system or systems that the business uses.
- Shape business needs and translate them into innovative solutions combining multiple products and platforms, aligning agile team capacity with top business priorities.
