Join to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar role(s) in rapidly growing, security-first environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is a highly motivated, dependable technologist who wants to be part of a fast moving and execution-oriented team. The role involves designing, implementing and managing our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks; collaborating with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholder teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR); and being a strong communicator and fast learner in a supportive environment for IT growth. This role reports to the Director of IT. Overview You will be customer-facing, the first line of support, own support, and provide an outstanding experience to employees via Slack, Jira, etc. We primarily work on Mac environments. You will be responsible for procuring and delivering technology equipment and will own the onboarding and offboarding tech experience. You will design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools, and contribute improvements to existing knowledge. You will support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and Mac endpoint/mobile device management. You will work on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.), document solutions, and automate routine tasks. You will manage incidents, juggle help desk tickets, and participate in projects over sprints with Jira and Agile methods. You will set and pursue objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals. Responsibilities Provide end-user support and own the employee technology experience (Mac-focused environment). Procure and deliver technology equipment; manage onboarding and offboarding processes. Design, test, build, and document IT programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base. Manage SaaS applications: Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc. Administer Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.). Manage identity and access, IDP/SSO integrations (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Write clear solutions and help articles; automate routine tasks. Lead and participate in projects with Agile methods and Jira tracking. Handle critical incidents and issues to resolution; prioritize help desk tickets effectively. Collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR). Qualifications 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations (bash, zsh, Python) and use open source tooling (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; API integration between systems. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; knowledge of hardware shipping/receiving and customs. Strong written and verbal communication; ability to convey ideas clearly and empathetically. Security awareness, basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching) and OSI troubleshooting methodology. Self-management skills with ability to scope projects, prioritize, and work across multiple teams. Willingness to work in a remote-first environment and adapt to ambiguity in a high-growth setting. Nice to have: AWS familiarity; GAM, command-line fluency; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications. Benefits & Culture Comprehensive total rewards package starting on day one.
