The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, while helping end users who are in need of assistance. You will participate in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You will have a passion for innovation and creative problem solving, and be adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment. This role reports to the Director of IT. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc. Experience with open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc. Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; working with APIs to integrate systems. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping and customs. Excellent communication skills across all media; ability to write clearly in tickets, email, or Slack. Experience with onboarding and equipment provisioning, SaaS management (GSuite, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira), and Mac endpoint/Mobile Device Management tools (MDM/EMM). Experience with IDP and SSO tools and documenting solutions; ability to create help articles and automate busywork. Strong incident management, prioritization of help desk tickets, and agile project execution (sprints, Jira). Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting across OSI layers, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs; ability to troubleshoot methodically. Self-management with the ability to scope projects and coordinate across multiple teams. Nice to Haves Some familiarity with AWS; use of GAM and command-line interfaces for efficiency; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.
