Supply Chain Finance Analyst
- MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Provide detailed cost analysis for Distribution and Transport expenses to support local operations decision making and ensure a timely and accurate monthly close process;
- Provide analysis on actual expenses variances versus forecast for Distribution and Transportation (Freight and Services), delivering actionable insights to address any deviation versus financial commitments;
- Support the Internal Business Planning process (IBP) by providing accurate forecasting of Distribution and Transport expenses, and on the identification of risks and opportunities to deliver the financial results
- Train and educate the Supply Chain team members on finance concepts and the importance of participation on Cost Transformation and FORCE programs
- Drive strong governance focus on the Supply Chain ensuring strong internal controls are in place. Key role on audit and observation of period inventory cycle counts, to ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Provide analysis on actual inflation cost variances versus forecast for raw material considering different “MKD” curves, delivering actionable insights to address any deviation versus financial commitments;
- Support the Internal Business Planning process (IBP), Q.Fcst and Weekly forecast by providing accurate forecasting of raw material cost inflation, and on the identification of risks and opportunities to deliver the financial results
- Represent Brazil team supporting regional projects related to logistic, distribution and raw material cost as the finance expert.
