The impact you’ll have

You will:

- Contribute to manage the procurement raw materials category regionally (Brazil, Chile and Mexico) for the Business Unit Self Adhesives, being involved in the commodity strategy definition of (Paper, Films, Chemicals and

Packaging).
- Foster long-term partnerships with your assigned suppliers, acting as their focal point for supplier visits, business

reviews and negotiations, price lists, quality, and logistics management.
- Maintain effective relationships and communication with internal key stakeholders, such as Operations, Supply

Chain, R&D, Quality and Finance.
- Prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery

terms in collaboration with the Global Commodity Manager.
- Prepare and analyze performance, risk, and sustainability reports for business meetings.
- Conduct comparative analysis about supplier’s capabilities and cost drivers to gain insights and improve spending

efficiency and effectiveness for the raw material category.
- Manage projects pipeline, supporting the execution and tracking of cost saving, value engineering, innovation,

and sustainability projects in line with our business and ESG targets.
- Identify Supplier capabilities, performance, and technologies by conducting competitive assessments and

benchmark of existing and potential suppliers worldwide.
- Supervise the raw materials demands and pushes working close with supply chain team.

What you’ll bring to the team:

- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Passion and interest for the Procurement area.
- Negotiation and cost-benefit analysis skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, analytical approach, project management skills.
- Drive and initiative, high energy, and ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Eagerness to work in a team and to cooperate across departments in an international environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Mandatory Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
- Will be considered a plus experiences on: Consumer goods experienced, Data Analytics, Power BI experiences,

Raw Materials experience buying papers and petrochemicals derivatives, Project Management experienced.
