- Superior Completo preferencialmente em Administração de Empresa ou Psicologia.
- Desejável experiência mínima de 3 anos na área de RH.
- Vivência em Recrutamento e Seleção.
- Conhecimento em Leis Trabalhistas e Política de SGI.
- Sistema de Gestão Integrada (ISO 9001 /14001/ISO 45001).
- Inglês avançado.

**Responsabilidades**
- Definir perfis e ser o suporte na integração de novos colaboradores para todos os níveis hierárquicos da empresa.
- Identificar necessidades de capacitação e promover programas de treinamento e desenvolvimento para o nível.
- Implementar e monitorar o sistema de avaliação de desempenho.
- Atuar nas ações de clima da fábrica e nos planos de ação de engajamento para os operadores da linha de frente, além de suporte a todos os líderes.
- Desenvolver e atualizar políticas de recursos humanos em conformidade com as legislações vigentes.
- Ser o suporte com temas de folha de pagamento, administração de benefícios, auditorias, processos trabalhistas e eventos na fábrica de Suape.
