**Essential Job Functions**:

- Proactively monitor the operations reports such as the “Corporate Performance” & KPI performance.
- Meet the company's metrics and KPIs.
- Perform documentation analysis, Invoice, packing list, HAWB/HBL for basic process.
- Active follow-up of processes and customer service management through the procedure found on the customer SOP.
- Co-responsible for the client success including day to day operations as per working instructions.
- Interface with applicable internal (company) and external (client) departments to gather information and provide input on all matters affecting the measurement of operations performance.
- Ensures that client issues are escalated on an efficient manner to the management team.
- Proactively monitor exception reports milestones/missing pre-alerts within the life of a shipment.
- Use the tolls, checklist, and system as per assigned by the station management to ensure process quality and visibility.
- Report in advance, any process that is out of scope or process that needs be addressed by the management team after regular working hour, holiday’s and/or weekend.
- Comply with all international export applicable advance manifest as United States AMS/ISF, Canadian AMS, Mexico etc.
- Prepare documents to complete the export including HAWB/HBL, letters and manifests.

- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Technical competence (Outlook, excel basics etc.)

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- High school diploma or GED;
- 0 - 2 years industry related experience.
