**CIX - Citizen Experience**, a reference in digital solutions for governments, is establishing its **Technology Center of Excellence** in Brazil. This unit will be responsible for leading the standardization and technological deployment of the company’s international projects, focusing on Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.

We are looking for a senior executive to serve as **Head of International Digital Services**, leading the company's global expansion strategy through technical pre-sales, technology governance, and implementation of digital solutions.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Establish and lead the Center of Excellence with a focus on international digital public services.
- Act as a strategic link between the Brazilian structure and CIX’s global projects.
- Lead technical pre-sales processes and represent the company in dealings with governments and multilateral organizations.
- Define operational standards, reference architectures, and rollout strategies for CIX solutions.
- Attract, train, and lead technical teams distributed across centers of excellence.
- Participate actively in international missions and oversee project implementation on-site.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Solid experience in leading IT teams and deploying large-scale digital solutions.
- Previous involvement in international projects or the public sector is a strong plus.
- Proficient in technology governance practices, solution architecture, and management of complex programs.
- Fluency in **Portuguese and English** is mandatory.
- ** French and/or Spanish** are highly valued.
- A global mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong execution capacity are essential.
