**Purpose**:

- Consumer Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for a Controllership Sr. Analyst, located in SJC/Brazil.
- The Controllership Analyst will closely work with the Controllership Manager on identifying risks and partnering with the operations team to design and implement mitigation plans and process improvement as well as closely monitor adherence in key risk areas of Supply Chain operations in LATAM. This position will play a key role in the company separation ensuring that processes created and in place are fully implemented, adopted and maintained in a sustainable and systematic way.
- The position will report under CH SC Controllership Manager under PIC structure and will serve as a partner to support the business to create and maintain high standard quality compliance in Supply Chain operation.
- The position can also be based in São Paulo and travel to SJC once/twice a week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with operations and SCF teams to ensure flawless implementation of enhancements to overall control improvements and mitigation plans
- Be a key point of contact to the operation to consult on company’ standards.
- Partnership with cross functional teams to update SOPs to reflect change in processes
- Track remediation plan of identified issues until its complete closure
- Lead periodic scorecard reviews with operational teams to guarantee adherence to established processes in key SC risk areas
- Lead new process trainings to Operations teams. Be a change agent to overall control environment to promote change management and adoption.
