Sound interesting? **Then come and join our global team as **Head of Solution Implementation in LAM for Digital & Automation** **Your mission and responsibilities**: - Lead the LAM based Solution Implementation teams and drive the execution of D&A Implementation services across LAM Region; - You are responsible for the Solution Implementation (SI) Process Governance and Service Operations for DigiOps D&A implementations in LAM; - You will lead LAM based SI implementation experts and project managers (about 21 people); - You will own, define, and execute the SI service strategy and offerings in LAM for the D&A product portfolio; - You own the budgeting, capacity planning and target setting for the SI D&A LAM team, as well as shared implementation resources in the LAM SI D&A Hub; - You will ensure the capacity and capabilities of all SI resources in LAM fulfilling the regional implementation demands on behalf on D&A; - You will work on future service offerings for SI D&A within LAM, as well as manage new product and infrastructure launches with the region. **Skills**: - **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.**: - ** **Availability to work in Chile or São Paulo**: - ** **Advanced English and Spanish** - **You have many years of people management experience with direct or functional report**: - ** You have substantial experience in a Medical Technology industry and/or Service Operations or have comparable experience relevant for the position**: - ** You have experience and proven records in managing customer service operations as well as working together with countries collaboratively with a high degree of transformational aspects**: - ** You are used to collaborate in a matrix organization across different countries, departments, and functions** **Our global team**: We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
