Reportando-se ao Gerente de Operações, a principal responsabilidade do Analista de Suporte ao cliente é executar de forma eficaz e eficiente as requisições para demanda de suporte de clientes da Duotalk, garantindo a satisfação do cliente e a resolução de cada demanda, garantindo a satisfação do cliente. Você irá se destacar se: Tem determinação, é resiliente, tem foco em resultado, encara desafios como oportunidades de crescimento profissional; Uma notável habilidade de resolver problemas complexos com mínima orientação Histórico de sucesso no trabalho ou nos estudos; Capacidade de antecipar as necessidades dos membros do time; Trabalha com autonomia, tem capacidade de se adaptar em um ambiente complexo e dinâmico; Tem expertise para propor soluções inovadoras a problemas antigos. Quais as principais atividades? Tratativa e resolução de reclamações e solicitações; Garantia de checagem ; Colaborar com ideias que possam melhorar nossos sistemas e a vida dos nossos usuários; Criar usuários na Duotalk nas contas dos novos clientes; Popular a central de ajuda com conteúdos atualizados; Trazer melhorias para reduzir o tempo do ciclo de uso de um novo cliente. Acompanhamento e comunicação interna do status dos negócios. Mapear o chamados críticos; Garantir que todas as ferramentas de integração relevantes sejam comunicadas; Reunir o feedback do aliado para ser compartilhado com as equipes de Produto, Operação e Vendas Garantir o alinhamento e a comunicação com o restante da equipe de vendas sobre o processo de integração; Receber, orientar e resolver chamados de suporte nível I dos clientes; Repassar suporte nível II para o time técnico; Documentar todos os fluxos de integração e ativação de cada cliente.
