Experience in of tax, finance or a related analytical field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.)
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or Account Payable
- Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis

Key job responsibilities
- FP&A responsibility for Brazil Consumer Business
- Financial modeling, providing analytical support, and validating financial and operational results of process improvement efforts for business investment optimization.
- Ensuring a high level of financial controls are followed, maintaining data integrity.
- Developing exceptional talent, and encouraging your team to challenge assumptions.
- Managing and participating in finance activities across Consumer categories.

This is a rare opportunity to work across multiple components of the P&L, to challenge assumptions and drive change in a nimble. You’ll be diving deep analytically in financial models and communicating in narratives to senior leaders. You’ll create and drive best practices for controllership while earning trust and building relationships with business partners and peers in finance. You’ll adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment and look around corners given your unique perspective. If this sounds like you, the Amazon FP&A team could be the right fit

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA
- Experience in participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
- Experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Essbase or Cognos) and providing recommendations based on results of ad hoc analyses to management for strategic decision-making
