**We are searching for the best talent for a Regional Capability Planner to be located in Sao Paulo or Soa Jose dos Campos, Brazil.**

**Key responsabilities**:

- Develop/ Deploy/ Adoption of regional standard processes and tools with std transactions and/or introducing new processes and policies based on their functional expertise, benchmarking, innovation and lean principles.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practice, deliver system and process training and manage process improvement projects.
- Develop/ deploy knowledge to SMEs to increase their capability
- Benchmark internally and externally to improve regional processes and productivity, share new ideas to simplify operation
- Responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities with Assessments with Clusters. (Process Mapping)
- Ensure adoption and adherence of key implementations. Regularly monitors process compliance
- Understand business requirements defining what is process, training vs requirements to be managed in scope Owns planning analytics; develops and deploys a consistent set of tools to improve key supply chain metrics and support business decisions

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree Completed

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in supply or demand planning positions in any industry.
- Effective communication with different partners across company.
- Leadership by influence and ability to build strong collaborative relations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills driven on data analysis.
- Experience developing or deploying new solutions/tools/processes.
- High motivation to learn, innovate and transform our business.

**Required**:

- Microsoft 365 knowledge (Work, Power Point, Excel, Etc.).
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Strong knowledge in ERP & Planning systems
- APICS certification is desirable
- Understanding of Supply Chain
- English - Advanced
