Hi, is Verónica from CI&TI am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a Support Analyst Sr position to join us

Our client is large and internationally known. In addition, you will have direct contact with the client and the opportunity to develop your English on a daily basis.

**Requirements for this challenge**:

- Advanced English;
- Advanced Spanish;
- Basic knowledge in ITSM / ITIL;
- Basic knowledge in database;
- Incident investigation capability;
- Analysis and interpretation of logs;
- Experience with using and creating service scripts;
- Experience in supporting complex technical solutions, composed of several components, from different suppliers and that communicate with different types of integrations (services, queues, files) - Differential.
