Job description
Overall Bookkeeping of a Vyncke Entity + draft and check balance sheet;
Local relations with external finance partners (auditor, bank,);
Invoicing & payments;
Local Cash management;
**Local Payments**: in/out/salaries/costs;
**Local Salaries**: check on social charges/Income Tax;
Monthly reporting to global Finance Manager;
Local reporting to government & credit organizations (Euler, ,...);
Assist the regional office manager in budget and forecast process;
Check on purchase invoices;
Check of reminders received from suppliers;
Booking of picking lists - cost of materials consumed;
Prepare payment proposals;
Draft of invoices for sales;
Booking of all outgoing invoices;
Booking of financial ledgers and bank reconciliation;
GL Bookings (Depreciation, Salary costs, etc );
Prepare and execute the payroll on instruction of the HR business partner;
Pay out the approved personal expense notes according to the local policy;
Assist the HR business partner in executing the benefit program;
Hybrid work model.
Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & Experiences

**Education**: Accounting, Economical, administration-oriented education at bachelor level;
Experience with financial and legal practices on the local market;
Experience with payroll related processes;
Knowledge of local legislation or know where to find the relevant information;
Knowledge of local accountancy rules and legislation;
Knowledge of local labor legislation;
Fluent English;
Knowledge of Office software (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power BI and Word) and ERP systems.
