Job Purpose
**Responsibilities**
- Running and supporting workshops in accordance with client needs to ensure all decisions are captured and recorded
- Leading the Solution design, review and alignment of deliverables to ensure we deliver on-time and in-scope
- Understanding data security procedures and requirements of Alight and our client to ensure these are adhered to
- Carrying out Alight Testing to ensure all issues are corrected prior to customer testing
- Partnering with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
**Requirements**:
- Have experience leading multiple end-to-end global deployment projects involving Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll
- Demonstrate solid experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors and or SAP HCM Payroll products
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills and able to articulate technical information to a range of audiences
- SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Employee Central and ideally one or more additional modules
- Have experience in a consulting role within a HCM delivery team
- Ability to run clear and engaging customer meetings and workshops
- Fluent level of English
