**The Work You’ll Do**

**Experienced in modern web development, the Technical Lead demonstrates full-stack skills, are excited by an opportunity to evolve technology, and passionate about mentoring and developing up-and-coming developers. The Technical Lead role is a blend of senior-level technical skills combined with the opportunity to lead a group of developers, while contributing to product design and architecture.

What We Need From You_**
- Serve as a technical mentor and coach to other software engineers
- Lead and elevate performance of software development teams including direct reports
- Build a collaborative partnership with our Product Management team
- Champion a culture of code quality and continual learning and growth throughout the department
- Conduct peer code reviews to ensure quality
- Define & maintain design specifications and standards as well as coach others in adopting them
- Integrate technology, process, test and business practices

**What We Need From You**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field/discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience
- Experience leading or mentoring a group or team
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Skilled in software/systems architecture
- Expert in service-oriented design principles (design patterns, REST).
- Expert in developing resilient services in C# or Java
- Experience with Javascript front-end technologies (React, Angular JS) a plus
- Experience with micro service patterns a plus
- Essential Job Functions:

- Comprehend and communicate complex concepts
- Concentrate, analyze and resolve complex problems
