As the Data Technical Lead at Xenon7, you will play a pivotal role in leading our data engineering team and driving the technical direction of our data projects and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design scalable data solutions. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design scalable data solutions.
- Define and implement best practices for data engineering, ensuring high-quality code and efficient data processing.
- Design and develop data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
- Optimize data workflows and performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering.
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to the overall data strategy of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist and/or Machine Learning Engineer, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, or Java.
- Experience with big data technologies and frameworks, such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing large-scale data systems and ETL pipelines.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
