**Responsibilities**:
**Hexagon is looking for a Technical Lead to join our team in South America. Although the position is posted in São Paulo, we are flexible on location to hire the best talent across Brazil.**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the services function
- Responsible for a group of consultants associated with a group of products or service, promoting team skills development
- Interfaces with consulting, sales, and project management teams to develop strategy and resource plans to anticipate demand for implementation services and workforce needs
- Customer engagement and support
- Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements

Qualifications:
**Education**
- Engineering or any other technical bachelor’s degree

**Technical Knowledge**
- Knowledge in design tools
- Expertise in Smart 3D is desirable

**Experience**
- Experience working in a relevant industry and/or with similar technology in a technical consulting role
- Implementation of projects and solutions
- Team management and leadership is desirable
- Business analysis consultant
- Automation of processes and routines
- Analysis and preparation of documentation

**Skills**
- Ability to learn and work with system and tools
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Motivated to challenges and to learn
- Self-Awareness
- Fast Learner
- Proactive

**Languages**
- English - Advanced
- Spanish - Intermediate is a plus
